California delivery ONLY  for Title One (low-income) schools will typically be available for pick-up immediately or will be delivered within 1 month.

Once your order is processed, we will notify you by email of your estimated delivery date.

Returns may be made in person by scheduling an appointment through our website or by visiting during our next "teacher open house giveaway."

We cannot guarantee your specific replacement at the time of return. 

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write or call  us as soon as possible. 

We will do our best to make the change.  If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your supply at the next "teacher open house giveaway."
